So, apparently ISIS just decided to blow up some guy's wedding reception at random. That's just plain insane. It doesn't even advance any agenda apart from death and chaos. Even the Nazis and the Khmer Rouge were trying to accomplish something, however appalling. This is just random. The softness of the target seems to have been their only criterion. It truly does drive home the image of ISIS as a social cancer, a meaningless automaton of destruction.
