In the Time of the Chinese Doom

Well, the Chinese Doom went from 0 to 60 in just about no time at all. No more automobile races, nor, for that matter, ball games, concerts, etc, either.

I'm grateful that we have an actual leader in the Orange Man. Obama would still be screwing around trying to "build a concensus" with the EU and South America. America got lucky with that, at least.

I'm quite fortunate to be living where I am. So much safer than Columbus. Here, I can walk around and work outside, and no-one around. It makes being shut-in so much more bearable.

My crocus are coming up. Last year, I had one here, one there, right where I planted. This year, they're coming up in huge clusters, yellow, white, and purple (and yellow especially). The bulbs have obviously multiplied. The tulips and daffodils seem to have done likewise, although they're not yet flowering. The alium (onion flower), on the other hand, is still coming up in ones, right where I planted. Still waiting to see what the Portuguese Moss does.

WTF is the deal with toilet paper? I can understand the hand sanitizer, but why toilet paper?

Frozen pizzas seem to be selling out as well, as are hotdogs and buns.

TP: from what I read from multiple sources, but haven't had time to verify, so take this with a grain of salt, back when China started shutting down everything, there was a panic rush to buy TP in Japan, which imports most of its TP from China, out of fears that with the factories shut down, they would run-out. Then some idiots not understanding the context panicked thinking that this was associated directly with symptoms of "The Virus" and so they panic-bought TP and so on. The human race deserved to get wiped out over this level of stupidity. *nod*
