JPL and Berkeley are taking pre-registrations for volunteers to help analyze the collectors from the Stardust mission. It's one of those jobs that has to be done by humans, apparently. If you're selected, you get access to micrographs of the collectors, and you have to classify and mark the positions of micrometeor strikes, for the project scientists to look at later. The goal is to find dust particles that originated outside of the solar system.
