I have an online friend who is Danish. This leads me to look at Danish stuff on occasion. Thus it was that I looked at this website for a Danish restaurant, which contains what must be the best, if not the most objectively accurate, translation in history:
Now I have it good.
There are four flourishing pieces of Smørrebrød for me.
First I eat one with eggs and Herring-
O Anelsen of hydrogen sulfide and Jodlugt from Marine Seaweed forests!
Then I put a tooth in a young straightforward Piece with Rose,
and here the Tastes that I remain silent playing.
Drop-down pølsens Bouquet of sheep and of oil dripping Machines, weavers, extend my well-being.
The cheese binds the mood of rotting and fuming Love together in my Hjærte.
