Friday morning, 5am

I woke again before the dawn, and went outside to stand on the balcony. Everything is cool and shiny wet from the kust-ended rain. A few lights are on across the way, but no pme stirring, although I can hear sounds of traffic from the highway. The breeze is blowing, the leaves rusting beneatht he scudding clouds, and I have all of this to myself, Things are happening around me, but I'm in this bubble. It feels very magical and I want to remember this moment. Back to bed to try and get some more sleep, I think.
