A Trivium of Trivialities
Nov. 1st, 2019 07:46 pmKind of out of nowhere, but: Does anyone have relatives, friends, etc., in Chile, particularly in Santiago? I'm curious as to whether, in the context of the ongoing social unrest, any discussion has taken place about the viability/desirability of the Pan-American Games, scheduled to be held in Santiago in 2023? The city was also chosen to host the 1975 and 1987 Pan Am games, yet had to cancel both times because of unrest similar to what we're seeing today.

Butts ruined by dodgy surgery seem to be in the news a lot of late. The upside to this, of course, is that we live in an age where having surgery to make your butt bigger is common. "Imperfect butt" is a major issue to many these days. My own butt, for instance, lacks a tail. Contrast that with what people suffered from a hundred years ago.
