Ah, you went to Kioku, in Newark? ^_^ The Lion King is a superb roll - one we often used to get as "dessert". Though, I'd say their position's been surpassed recently by Ray's, up in Hayward, who've revamped their rolls to great effect, and left the nigiri as slablike as ever. Mmmm, fish good..
I must learn where Findra took you! I've not found a decent bar in the South Bay at all - a couple quite okay for the odd visit, but none with that interesting a selection, and even less atmosphere. (FWIW, I'd personally recommend the Magnolia Cafe highly, for a very good range of house-brewed cask and keg pints, along with Jupiter, Pacific Coast Brewing, Marin County Brewing, and The Englander - which, despite the name, is actually a sports bar, but with a remarkable range of kegs. Around 120, I recall)
