This is interesting. Dudes decorating the stage ahead of the first debate. The eagle's slogan is a direct reference to the Civil War. They've made it in the style of a period steel engraving, in case there was any doubt. I can see any number of meanings to this.

Edit: There're obviously some UV LEDs on the back to give it that numinous glow, too.
