So, Franklin County BoE screws up 50k ballots. I'm not the least bit surprised. Fifteen years, and three attempts to get them to correct my name had absolutely no effect. My precinct board were always on top of things. The county board, however, were... not.

I haven't a clue how they came up with 20 minutes. Most major American tracks have some sort of emergency room in the infield, which can range from very basic to the deeply impressive trauma stabilization center at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (which is backed up by the trauma center at Methodist Hospital, which the Speedway also paid for. The Speedway bought them their first helicopter ambulance too). Europeans don't see things that way, for whatever reason.
