For people who have Qats: Does the Qat's living space map out congruent to yours, or is it different? In Flaster's case, his food bowl is in the kitchen, and his litter box is in the bathroom, so that his living space maps onto mine pretty directly. He sleeps on my bed too.

Some maniac pitched his kids off a bridge, one by one. You think you're jaded until stuff like this happens. :P

Some woman drove her SUV into flood water near my mother's house, and drowned two of her kids. The road was apparently marked with signs as flooded, is right by the river, and water was running across it. She decided to drive through it anyway, and floated away until the SUV tipped over and sank. The fire department came, but couldn't get to her because the flooding was that bad. They went up and down the road knocking on doors until they finally found someone with a boat, and used that to rescue the survivors.
