Mar. 29th, 2008 05:25 amEd Carpenter and AJ Foyt IV qualified 2nd and 3rd at Homestead. That's an unexpected, if welcome, result. John Menard is apparently sponsoring Vision Racing (the Speedway-owned team) this year too, which is interesting, and also unexpected. My understanding was that Vision was deliberately unsponsored to free up money for other teams.
