Sour Milk!
May. 22nd, 2009 01:54 amI carefully saved an unopened quart of milk, letting it go sour, but not yet curdled. So, over the past two days, then, the FlasterQat and I have had potato soup, biscuits and milk gravy, and smash-ed potatoes, all made with sour milk. There's a great deal to be said for southern poor people's food :)
