Copious Clouds of Smoke...

Exciting things are happening high within the Catholic heirarchy, I have no doubt whatsoever. The Pope's walking away, and now Cardinal O'Brien, who as far as I can tell never gave a rat's ass what anyone else thought, is suddenly resigning a day after having a minor and quite flimsy-seeming accusation made against him. This with a Conclave coming up, and he scheduled to resign in a few weeks anyway.
