rain_gryphonAnd it's Ferrari first and second in Spain. Forza! I don't think Schumacher's car was going to make very many more laps. It was sounding nasty, and he was being way careful with it by the end of the race. Still, it held together long enough.
If I didn't know that the FIA has forbidden such things from happening, I'd strongly suspect that Barichello was backing off during Michael's third pit stop and afterward, to avoid pressuring him.
It was remarkable seeing the grandstands absolutely filled with sky blue, with here and there little islands of red or green. Tons of Alonzo fans. The King of Spain passed out the trophies. The announcers helpfully explained that it's considered bad form to spray the king with champagne. :)
