Actualy, at 'Contact Light' the LM is still 10 feet above the lunar surface. The contact light is an indicator that the 10 foot contact probes touched something. So should realy have been 'proximity light'. Its debatable what the first word spoken on the surface was. Being either Aldrin's 'Shut Down' or Armstrong's 'Okay, Engine Stop'
