Barrichello pulled off an amazing victory at Monza today. I'm so happy to see Rubens win here. He absolutely deserves it. He always puts Ferrari first, and never complains when he has to sacrifice his own chances to help Michael win. I hope he'll win at Brazil too.
Schumacher managed to come back to second after spinning on the first lap and dropping back to last, so it's an all-round impressive race. The crowd went berserk, of course.
Poor Jenson Button looked a bit nonplussed at the press conference. He seemed to have it locked up halfway through, and then both Ferraris just went driving by at the end. It's got to be frustrating.

Arcturax came by this weekend to work on his Fruitbat suit. He'd started on it last summer, then lost his job and had to let it set for a while. I'd really not been in the mood to build at first, and was doing it just because I'd already started it, but partway through I got into the groove, and now I feel like building for the first time in a long time. I spent much of the night making a sort of kelp-like cape for my Otter. It's like strands of kelp that drape over him, with starfish and stuff tangled in it, all made from yard-good felt. It's going to look very nice when it's done.
We got the foamwork on the feet partly done for Arcturax. I made one, and he's taken that home to copy. It's his first time working foam, so it's challenging for him, the moreso as he doesn't sculpt or draw. Next time we'll cover those. It's going to be a very cute Bat.
