It becomes increasingly obvious that Milosevic was murdered. I can't help but notice that when the US fails to treat a terrorist with "dignity", that becomes a major human rights issue; yet when the UN withholds medical care from a 64 year old heart patient, and then apparently poisons him because he's not dying fast enough, that's okay. It's too much to hope, I suppose, that anyone from the Hague Tribunal will be put on trial for this.

Apparently one of Milosevic's co-defendants "committed suicide" earlier in the week too.

It's possible that he died because of inadequate medical care, but that's negligence, not murder. "Increasingly obvious" is way, way over the top.

I had thought about that, but the UN had no motive to see Milosevic killed before his trial is finished, and has every reason to have wanted the trial to go to its logical conclusion with Milosevic alive and receiving whatever punishment he is due (such as that a conviction in this case would increase the credibility of the UN and their war crimes court).
