September 2 (Saturday) - Picnic: Details remain to be fought over. 10am at Sharon Woods.

September 24 (Sunday) - Zoo Day! $3 for parking, $10 for admission. 9am at the main gate.

October 15 (Sunday) - Ohio Renaissance Festival! It's a great day to be stupid! Come wander around the Ren Fest with us. Help volunteer das Goof for embarassing stage shows! The more people who point and wave, the greater the likelihood that he'll end up on stage. 11am at the front entrance. Harveysburg, OH. $2 for parking, $17 for admission.

November 12 (Sunday) - Indians vs. Pilgrims! Now that we've marked the discovery of America, it's time to celebrate the gluttony and violence that made us great! Enjoy an authentic outdoor Thanksgiving feast, concluding with a battle between the savages and the religious maniacs. Carry-in dishes, in the proper Thanksgiving style. Depending on the weather, you may get a bonus Living History lesson in why modern people celebrate indoors. I'll try to borrow enough foam guns and rockets for those who lack them. 1pm at Sharon Woods.

December 9 (Saturday) - Oy Vey, it's Xmas! Wander in a group through several area malls, doing Christmas shopping and admiring the decorations as the afternoon turns to night. Be sure to wish das Goof "Happy Holidays". Technically free, but you know you're gonna end up spending a pile. 3pm at Polaris.

January 14 (Sunday) - Museum time! We'll hit the OHS Museum (that big cube thing, just north of the Fairgrounds) and learn about Ohio history. Indian massacres, political scandals, natural disasters, and more! $4 parking. $7 admission. Noon at the main entrance.

February 10 (Saturday) - Mongolian Barbecue: Expect to pay around $20 per person. 5pm at the Sawmill Road BD's.

March 11 (Sunday) - The March March! Come hike through the woods at the beginning of spring. Lots of mud, sticks and natural stuff. Honestly a rather fascinating time of year to see the woods. You may be surprised. Noon at Sharon Woods.

April 14 (Saturday) - April Apocalypse! Make foam swords, and hit one another with them! $5 for supplies, or bring your own. Time and place to be announced.

April 28 and 29 (Saturday and Sunday) - Pre-Con workdays: Bag stuffing, sign making, conbook stapling, data entry, badge pressing, inventories, and other useful things to do. We'll know more about what we need as we get closer. Time and place to be announced.</th>
