Giant Weasel Pharmacy has begun giving some medications away for free. Sadly, none are ones that I use. Wal-Mart's whole "$4 prescription" thing has really lit the fuse, I think.

My childhood fascination with the Sino-Japanese war of 1931-41 has resurfaced. There's something mysterious and fascinating about it, like a Tintin story, plus it's filled with strange 1930s tanks and planes. There's reams more data available now than when I was 12, too.

Artificial hair that bonds end-on to the skin. I can see this being used in ways the manufacturer never intended...

Heh. We raided Iran's consulate. We should take their diplomats prisoner, and send them off to Gitmo! :D
