Tons of Frog and Toad sounds, as well as some Birds, including the remarkably-named "Ash Breasted Tit Tyrant", described in the information sheet as possessing a 'jaunty crest'. It'd be worth having that one just so you could tell people what it was.

Penguin gets spinal surgery. This isn't that terribly different from what was being proposed for me last year.

It's been pretty much a year now since I went though that awful episode with my spine. I'm much better now. My left arm still doesn't have all of its feeling (it always tingles a bit - right now it feels kind of cold and fizzy) and now and again it burns or hurts, but that's a world of improvement. About three weeks ago my back just completely tensed up, on the anniversary of when it started. I'm pretty sure that was just psychological. If it can be triggered off like that, it gives me increased conviction that I can eventually overcome the entire thing with physical therapy.
