I awoke with the half-recalled leftovers of a dream. I was in an infinitely long, high-ceilinged, narrow hallway filled with vending machines. The only light came from the machines. The machines sold literally anything that one needed, but eventually I'd use up all of their stock, and have to move along the corridor to find more.

Let's see... if they were all true, the holocaust was faked by the zionists (whose leader is adolf hitler and some aliens) as part of a ploy to build patriotism among Americans -- step 1 WotW, step 2 WWII, step 3 moon landing, all fake -- until now at last the 300-year-old Hitler family officially has taken over as the president of the USA.

The USA itself being an entirely synthetic country based on a fake religion inspired by druggy Illuminati in contact with the evil imposter-god, Xenu, who's actually an alien living in the center of the earth.

Eee, no I probably wouldn't like them.
I just somewhat amused that taking a conspiracy theory to this extreme yields something more resembling a philosophical problem rather than a conspiracy theory.

I had a similar dream long, long ago, but it was a warehouse stacked several stories high with boxes of everything I could ever need, arranged in a neverending maze. The dim light came from overhead incandescent bulbs in those wire-guarded reflectors you'd find in school gyms. It wasn't really an unpleasant place, just different.

This branched from time to time, which gave me a certain amount of anxiety because I might miss something on a not-taken branch, but all in all, it wasn't a bad place. The sight sticks with me - the long, dark corridor, with the fluorescent light spilling out from the bright cheery display windows of the machines.

Maybe you're reaching that point in your life where you realize you have what you need or the most part, on the material front, and perhaps you worry that all it's taken to gain those material things may have distanced you from your friends. Or maybe I'm reading too much between the lines.
