Some maniac chopped off his dick in a restaurant. What amazes me is that they managed to subdue him with CS Mace. You wouldn't think that people who are okay with cutting off parts of their body are the sort who could be subsequently maced into submission.

Some guys do actually cut off their own penis, it's true. I can't figure it out, myself. I couldn't imagine going through life without one, could you? Besides my brain, it's my personal favourite organ by far!
