I found it in Fark. It apparently was made in a Washington Post interview in late 2001, after there was a fuss in October about him cussing out a jaywalker.

My favorite scene was the bit in which the Death Racers went after the orderlies at the nursing home, ignoring the higher-scoring elderly patients the orderlies had invitingly set out in front of the hedgerow. Even though I didn't know the word "schadenfreude" at the time, that is exactly how I felt about what transpired there.

Yes, I've seen it. :) I'm looking forwards to the upcoming sequel, too.
