Blue and red always seem to be the uniform colours in Olympic boxing. It makes me think of Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots.

The Chinese kayak is painted magenta and line green. It works much better than you'd think. In contrast to the larger boats, which seem uniformly white or yellow, the kayaks are painted brightly, like racing cars. The Ukranian one is done in blue and yellow checkers.
The Chinese two-man canoeists row so frantically to stay ahead that they tip over just as they cross the finish line. It takes them a bit to realize that they've won.

They've got tables of that blue drink set out for the marathon runners. If the Chinese conquer the world, we'll all have to drink that stuff.

The Jamaicans got badly whipped in both of the 4x400 relays. That's a bit of a shocker.
