I love that there's a user on FA called "Pornography".

So, they really have found the remains of Richard III, and he really did have a twisted back. It's always weird to see stuff like that actually borne out.

On the one hand it seems disrespectful to dig up the grave of a King and display his bones, on the other hand, a parking lot isn't a proper place for him, and one supposes that the bones have to be shown, under the circumstances.

Remarkable mathmatical art that resembles sea-life. Had I a 3D printer, this is the sort of thing I'd attempt, although probably not with such striking results.

Presumably Richard III will be buried in Leicester Cathedral, though I suspect York Minster will have a go at claiming him.

I wish I had the kind of 3D printer that can do that sort of thing, although those still cost upwards of $15K and take as much space as an old VAX.

love those 3D shapes! I never even thought of combining procedural generation with a 3D printer, but there's some amazing stuff that could be created that way. Maybe even a mandelbox (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mandelbox), if it's possible to generate a connected one...
