For whatever reason (and it's a mystery to me), when I'm sick, I like to divert myself by reading about horrible pandemics of history, such as the Black Death of 1349 and the Spanish Flu of 1918. It's one of those weird things.

I spend all kinds of time looking at (and drawing, and roleplaying, for that matter) stuff that horrifies me. I don't think it's that uncommon of a behaviour, honestly, but it feels weird anyway.

I do the same thing, only I read about Nazis, the Inquistion, other evil regimes, cults, and torture methods. And I do this when I'm bored. I have even invented new methods of torture if I'm on Wikipedia too long.

Nazis are another favourite diversion, yeah. I have a lot of books about the Holocaust.
