Biden promised he wouldn't run for reëlection. He is a promise-breaker. He should man up and announce at the convention that he realizes he is no longer fit to serve and ask for Harris to get the nod in his stead.

I'm not even sure the man's lying, to be honest. He says a great many untrue thhings, but I think he believes them, at least when he says them.
