So, NOLA's power lines are down, and it'll take several weeks to restore electrical service. I wonder how it'll be 20 or 30 years from now, when we're living in our green paradise, after a major storm, when it's not just the lines down, but the windmills are snapped off, and the solar collectors have blown away like dry leaves? Nor do I think anyone has given much thought as to what's to happen when we try to evacuate a city using electric cars.

GOOD!! The government is finally going to make wind-power companies pay a fair share on their rents! It is long past due. Wind power is one of the biggest scams ever foisted on the American people. Obama made us pay his fat-cat friends to build the things, then we got stuck buying their overpriced, unreliable electricity. They're an environmental disaster. They're ugly as hell, and they kill thousands upon thousands of birds every year. I hope this drives them into bankruptcy, and we can sieze the towers, blow them up, and sell them for scrap. We'll improve America, and get at least some slight amount of our lost value back.
