rain_gryphonNew Hampshire gender-reveal explosion felt in Massachusetts. With all of the bloody mayhem that people are causing with gender-reveal parties, it makes me sad that I'm gay. Putting together something which is spectacular but doesn't kill you seems to be something of a Darwinian fitness test.

Germany has created app. 1200 new words to deal with the pandemic. To be fair, making compound words is basically one of the national pastimes there.

I picture the Grim Reaper driving a double sickle-bar mower through India. From the anecdotal accounts (all hospitals in Delhi out of oxygen, all ICUs full, crematoria building pyres in the parking lots, etc) there is no way their casualty reports are remotely accurate.
